YegNews announcements

If you’ve been a regular visitor (thank you!) to YegNews.com you’ll have noticed things haven’t changed much around here lately. That is about to change, and we have a few announcements to make:

• Scott McKeen has decided to move on from YegNews and will no longer be editor. He has decided to pursue other options but will stay on as an independent contributor.
• We have found a new editor, and his name is Dave S. Clark. Dave’s already contributed to YegNews and I’m excited to have him on board.

Our philosophy of focusing on Edmonton news, people and events won’t change. We’ve had interesting stories on YegNews so far, and some interesting debates on the site (I may even give Netflix a shot again).

If you’ve got a story to tell, whether you’d like to write it yourself or have us tell it for you, we’re willing to listen.
